Vision and Mission Statement

To broadcast, produce and distribute Orthodox

Christian Church services and teachings to the world.

We are accomplishing our mission! Slowly but surely.

When we first started this ministry, we had very lofty

goals. Reality has set in and what we were hoping to

accomplish in a few years, now may take more years

than originally thought. Most of our work is

accomplished through volunteer efforts. And as such,

sometimes is limited by personal commitments,

work, family, having new babies... etc.

This past year we did pay Daniel Mathewson for

several weeks to research and create articles of

incorporation and by laws, during this time he has

also transferred many old cassette tape recordings

into digital format for streaming and sharing. We

have recently posted many of these recordings online

for download. If you know what an MP3 player is or an

IPOD, or even just a computer, you can access these

recordings and listen to them at your leisure. If you do

not understand what those things are, see me

afterward, and I can attempt to get them into a format

that you will be able to use. (record album, 8 track

tapes, or old reel to reel are probably not feasible...)

Nearly every Liturgy of the past year has been

broadcast LIVE through the Internet. We have had

listeners from all over the world! Our broadcast is a

small operation, but seems to be one of the few out

there where services are LIVE. This past lent, we had

our 2nd 24+ hour live broadcast of the services and

the readings over the tomb. During lent our labors

intensify, and we try to broadcast as many live

services as possible. If you have a computer

connected to the Internet, and you find yourself not

able to make it to a service for some reason, TUNE

IN! It will never be as good as being here physically,

but it is certainly better than nothing at all.

Our Internet broadcast is also picked up and relayed

by other local Internet radio stations on the Day of

Resurrection. Increasing our effective listener

potential considerably.

Please pray for this important ministry. And consider

becoming involved. We currently are in need of

several people to fill officer positions.

Respectfully Submitted

Vice President of INBN

Steven Mathewson
